G20 SAHASTAM - TechFest 2023 is a one-of-a-kind tech fest inviting the world’s emerging innovators entrepreneurs business leaders and tech enthusiasts from across the globe to come together and exchange ideas to create solutions for some of the world’s most pressing challenges. The event will be held in India in February 2023 and will bring together some of the top minds from around the globe to discuss cutting-edge technologies explore new opportunities and collaborate on innovative projects.
About G20 Sahastam Events:
1. Tech MUN:
The participants will enact as delegates from different parts of the world and congregate together to discuss the agendas of today. The participants will have the following committees to choose from:
The Association of South Asian Nations (ASEAN)
G20
UN General Assembly (UNGA)
Security Council
World Trade Organization (WTO)
2. Tech Congress:
Leaders of indigenous technologies from India will share
their insights and experiences from their respective fields with budding
technological enthusiasts.
3. Chakravyuh:
The best way out is always through just like the infamous
Chakravyuh in the Mahabharata. This event has encryptions; if solved they
will lead the participants closer to victory and successfully breach the data.
4. Exhibition:
The life-changing ideas promoting improved agricultural and sustainable practices and promoting a net carbon-neutral lifestyle by
entrepreneurs and innovators supported under the schemes of the Uttar
Pradesh government will be on display.
5. 48-HOURS:
Tech challenge’ Hackathon: A inter-university hackathon where imaginations and ideas will become reality. In the non-stop forty-eight
hours the youth will ideate on domains aligned directly with the issues concerning the G20 summit.
7. Drone Race:
First Person View drone racing is a sport where participants control their drones equipped with cameras while wearing head-mounted
displays showing the live stream camera feed from the drones.
8. ESPORTS: - Participants will prove their mettle in some of the most renowned e-sports like FIFA Valorant.
9. Start-Up Challenge: The sole purpose of this event will be to provide entrepreneurship endorsement to the youth who are into this world of
technology and motivate them to develop new ideas and make a business
from it. Special attention will be provided to startups or ideation in
agriculture or sustainable lifestyle domains.
10. Line follower: Participants will have LFR (Line-Following Robots) employed to follow a dark path called Track with twists and turns made on
a canvas. The robot which takes the least time wins.
12. Code The Fun: This event makes the participants solve the given problem not just virtually but physically too – after solving every coding problem the participant has to perform a physical task related to that problem.
13. Yuddha – The Battle: This event to caters to the prowess of ethical hackers.
14. Melody Night: Professional instrumentalists will fill the air with the magic of music for cheering up the participants.
16. Drone Hunt: using tantalizing clues find the drone and the drone is yours.
17. Knit The Web: The web designing skills of the participants will be put
to test in this industry-specific event based on the pre-decided parameters
as well as the already-decided platform.
18. Sahastam Epiphany: The participants will attain ascension by
psychedelic trans.
19. Building Design: A design competition or design contest is a
competition in which an entity solicits design proposals from the public for a
specified purpose.
20. Blind Scribble: This event aims to squash all the general practices of
Coding – participants will have their screens covered and then asked to code.
21 Brain Hunt: To test the technological acumen of the participants quizzes on emerging domains like VLSI Cloud Computing blockchain etc
will be conducted.
22. Face Painting: This event requires students to paint human faces. The
basic idea of the event will be based on Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and
enhance the feeling of ‘One Earth One Family.
23. Nukad Natak: In this world of the tech-savvy generation the
participants will open our eyes to the dark truths and vileness of modern-age technologies.
24. Poster Making: Fill in the colors in your life so that your future seems colored.
25. BootCamp: Crash courses to acquire knowledge of new-age
technology. They will be done in both online and offline modes.
26. Plantation Drive: Tree Plantation drives combat many environmental issues like deforestation erosion of soil desertification in semi-arid areas
global warming and hence enhancing the beauty and balance of the
environment
